Our gift cards never expire.

Bravo gift cards are good towards the purchase of products at participating Bravo! and Brio Restaurants locations in the U.S.

Gift cards should be treated as cash.

You can choose any denomination from $25.00 to $500.00 in whole dollars only. E-Gift Orders cannot go over $100 in total but can be in any denomination like 4 -$25’s, 2- $50’s or 5-$20’s, etc… What ever the combination is, it cannot total more than $100.

The amount of tax charged depends on state and local tax laws and the destination of your order. Cards sold through this website and shipped to destinations in the states of California, Illinois and Nevada are subject to tax

You can add a personal note on your order. It will be printed on the carrier.

Yes, after your order is placed you will get a confirmation page that shows your order number. You will also receive a confirmation of your order via email.

No. At this time you are not able to order a gift card on-line and pick it up at one of our retail locations.

All orders placed will be processed the next business day. Delivery will depend upon the option you choose.

All orders are pending credit card authorization.

*USPS Standard Mail shipping dates are approximate. Delivery of up to 7 days is average but delivery could take up to 14 business days. Standard mail option does not provide a tracking number.

** UPS is not available for PO Box, APO/FPO or US Territory (excluding Puerto Rico) addresses.

We cannot guarantee delivery dates by the U.S. Postal Service or UPS.

Business days are Monday through Friday. Orders will not ship or be received on Saturday, Sunday or on standard business holidays.

Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is shipped if you choose expedited shipping. Standard Delivery orders are mailed USPS and cannot be tracked.

No, we do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday because of the excessive shipping charges.

Once your transaction is complete, the amount is set and cannot be changed.

Express shipping methods do not ship to PO Boxes, however, Standard USPS Delivery does. If you need delivery to a PO Box or APO address please choose Standard USPS Delivery.

Only through Standard USPS Delivery. Please know that deliveries to Hawaii and Alaska will take approximately 7-14 business days.

We can deliver to APO addresses with Standard USPS Delivery.

Yes, you can place an order if you have an APO address.

For gift card orders not delivered within 14 business days, please contact customer service at [email protected]. We recommend that you plan for Standard USPS Delivery service to take up to 10 business days. Orders are usually received within that time.

Standard USPS Delivery service is reliant on the distance the order has to travel and mail volume. During peak mail times, the United States Postal Service may take longer to deliver.

No, we do not deliver to Canadian addresses.
