About Us

BRAVO BRIO Restaurant Group (BBRG) is a growing company operating successful concepts including BRAVO! Cucina Italiana, BRIO Tuscan Grille and BON VIE Bistro.

BBRG is a traditional American success story. In a short time, we have grown from a family-owned single restaurant to a multi-location enterprise. In 1992 the first BRAVO! Cucina Italiana was opened in Columbus, Ohio. In 1999, BBRG's second concept BRIO Tuscan Grill opened in Columbus as well. Our third concept BON VIE Bistro, made its debut appearance in Columbus in 2001. BBRG has grown to over  80 restaurants in multiple states, we consider ourselves to be on the upper-end of the casual dining segment or as we call it, upscale-affordable.

BRAVO! is a fun, white tablecloth restaurant offering classic Italian food in a Roman-ruin décor. BRAVO! Is inspired by the traditional Italian ristorante where fresh, made-to-order food is prepared in our open Italian kitchen in full view of the Guests creating the energy of live theater.
